Events - Chinese Chamber of Commerce & World Chinese Entrepreneurs convention

This was a completely original production created by Beyond Repair Dance. The client asked for a totally bespoke production that was quintessentially British for a handing over ceremony. The production included Bagpipers, the balcony scene from Romeo and Juliet, a Andrew Lloyd Webber musicals medley, 1920’s flappers and tapper’s and a James Bond extravaganza! This event was televised live across China, Thailand and Singapore on Sky Net.

The live performance was broadcast on national television in Myanmar, Singapore, Thailand, China, Hong Kong and Australia, reaching an estimated audience of tens of millions. The theatre audience were so excited that they couldn’t keep to their seats and social media was overloaded with images and videos taken from serious Chinese entrepreneurs’ mobile phones.
